Barr. Solape Adesuyi
Solape Adesuyi is a visionary, teacher, helper, and equipper who has a passion to build a new generation of youths who will have clarity and courage to pursue their purposes in life and build the broken walls of their nations. She has over 17 years of experience in working with the youths as a leader who understands the details of their needs.
She has recently begun her work through Succour for Nations Development Initiative an NGO with the mission to build the nations of Africa by engaging in societal transformation through the re-engineering of values in governance and leadership; propagating principles for governing Institutions and Nations through teaching, coaching, training and mentoring young people to become Nation-builders. Solape has a mission to see African nations especially Nigeria move from the status of developing nations to becoming giant nations through developing leadership skills, competence, integrity, and character thereby changing the narrative of governance all over Africa.
Solape Adesuyi is a Legal Practitioner and qualified chartered secretary under the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (UK & NIG) with over 16 years of practice experience. She is an expert in Company Law and Practice and has served as Company Secretary to several Companies. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law (The Netherlands). Solape has a Master degree in Public Administration from the Covenant University. She is an Alumnus of the School of Politics Policy and Governance and she also hold a Certificate in Leadership from the Institute for National Transformation. She is a facilitator, and conference speaker and has trained many youths helping them discover their true personality and capacity.
Barrister Solape as she is fondly called; serves on the board of some companies and she heads the SAALAW firm (Solape Adesuyi and Associates ) in Lagos Nigeria.

Mrs. Adenike Apeji
Adenike Apeji is the Creative Director of Renee Golden Multi-Ventures Ltd, a food and beverage business, delivering value through the hygienic processing and packaging of locally made Nigeria products.
She is an entrepreneur with over 16 years diversified exposure spanning with Accounting IT, Customer and Retail Services and Business Development consulting sectors; delivering excellency and value across the small-scale business sector, she possesses practical knowledge and multifaceted experience in strategic leadership, business development, Vocational training education and empowerment.
She is a firm believer in human capacity building and has invested time and skills in developing youths, women, and children. She has been a speaker at Tedx, Lagos, a business mentor at the Lagos Business School (LBS) and a lecturer at the Value Academy. Also, she has been actively involved in creating supply chain and empowering over 100 women and youth who intend to startup a small-scale enterprise in various states in Nigeria.
She is a graduate of Accounting at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. She further obtained a Post graduate diploma in education (PGDE) from Tai Solarin University of Education, Ogun State and an AWE 2021 ALUNMI.

Bukky Femi-Ajala is the lead Trainer and Strategist at the BFA LEARNING FIELD LIMITED, a Training Institute for Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Leadership and Nation Building.
Bukky Femi-Ajala Is a master Degree Holder from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, with 21 years banking experience and 7 years as the pioneer MD of a subsidiary of the bank before moving out as an entrepreneur.
• Bukky is an International Labor Organization (ILO) certified SIYB trainer (Start and improve your Business Program ), she has trained lots of startup entrepreneurs
• A graduate in Public leadership and policy from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance
• A Fellowship awardee of the COCHRAN program on Entrepreneurship and Business management for women from the IOWA STATE University.
• Fellow of Vital Voices, an International body of women Entrepreneurs.
• Bukky is a facilitator in the Institute for National Transformation, where she trains youths in Nation Building.
• She is a licensed Chaplain and very active in the Prison Ministry of her church, a Truma informed specialist, a project manager to an NGO-Virgins pride Network.
• Aside, being a trainer, she is a director in Beecit Solutions Limited and the MD of Hoffen Tech trust ltd and 1807 Smart Box Distribution ltd.

Mrs Bukky Femi-Ajala
Mr. Maurice Ekpong
Maurice has had over 20 years experience working with partners in different sectors spanning financial services, healthcare, infrastructure development, agriculture, education, ICT, transportation, media and oil and gas. His role has ranged from project development to sales and marketing, strategic corporate communication, research, strategic stakeholder management, human capital development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring as well as provision of advisory services to different local and international conglomerates from Asia, Europe, the United States and across Africa. Maurice is currently Chief Executive Officer at Maurana, Editor In Chief of the African Journal for Sustainable Development, and a founding board member of Replenish. Maurice was appointed by government to the board of the Cross River State Agriculture and Food Technology Agency between 2016 and 2019. He is an accredited International mediator, a certified transformational leader and a member of faculty with the Institute for National Transformation. Maurice is passionate about sustainable development that leaves entire ecosystems better off.

He studied Physics with Electronics Engineering from NISLT and bagged Executive Diploma in Management Information System (MIS) from University of Ibadan.
#Also a graduate of Organizational Leadership from Reigning Kings School of Leadership, University of South Africa, Pretoria South Africa.
This equipped him to be one of the monthly trainers for the staff of National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), a South African anti graft agency in Leadership/Performance Training which included Counseling & Coaching of Life Issues (Career, Business, Family etc)
#He is a Certified Life Coach for Human Design Systems and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner from the world first and best Life Coaching University – The Coaching Academy, U.K.
#The result he got led him to found the FIRST Coaching Academy in Nigeria – 2008 whose *Vision is to Unlocking Potential. Raise Nation Builders and Reformers.
#On returning home, he was the Head, Special/Training Projects at MediaSell – London Financial Times, Nigeria Office.
His track record gave him edge to be the *Life Coach (Performance & Project Support) at the London Olympics 2012 with the Nigerian delegates.
In 2017, Gbenga was the *Guest Speaker at International Youth Day Organised by United Nations

#Between 2008 till date, Gbenga has led numerous intervention teams to provide adequate and relevant educational skills to the educational sector especially the teachers for Peak Performance and Profitability beyond Productivity.
Childville, Standard Bearers School, Christ Ambassadors International Schools, Dansol Schools, WellSpring College, Grange Schools, to mention but few are schools Gbenga had led consulting teams for and still working with them till date.
In 2016/2017 academic calender, his bestseller book “Beta Pikin” was recorded to have improved and increased the academics performance of “District IV” public schools from 53% to 78%

Gbenga is the Dean of Faculty, Lagos State Ministry of Youths and Social Development.
As an Ordained Evangelist of 25years, who had established campus fellowships in Obafemi Awolowo University in 1997 and University of Ibadan in 1998 respectively.
He is never tired of spending the gospel both with Nigeria and outside Nigeria like Ghana, Cote D’voire, Kenya, Ethiopia, Botswana, Angola, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States of America just to mention but few.
He is the current Deputy Director, (Youth Wing), Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN)
Presently, the Youth Employment/Empowerment Strategy Coach for MasterCard Foundation (Youth Empowerment Program from 2022-2032)
Gbenga operates in both the Industry and Ministry effectively providing Navigation Tools to over 250,000 people daily and globally.
