Solape Adesuyi is a young development advocate, community-focused leader, and social impact enthusiast committed to advancing sustainable development, youth empowerment, education, and nation-building initiatives across Africa. Through her work with the Succour for Nations Development Initiative, she has demonstrated a passion for creating opportunities that improve lives, strengthen communities, and inspire responsible leadership among young people.
Her work focuses on promoting social development through educational advocacy, youth engagement, leadership development, civic responsibility, and community empowerment programs designed to equip young Africans with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to contribute meaningfully to society.
Solape believes that Africa’s growth depends heavily on investing in young people, encouraging innovation, promoting ethical leadership, and fostering inclusive opportunities that allow communities to thrive socially and economically. Her commitment to development aligns strongly with the vision of African Union Agenda 2063 — the strategic framework for Africa’s inclusive growth and sustainable development.
Solape Adesuyi is a Legal Practitioner and qualified chartered secretary under the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (UK & NIG) with over 16 years of practice experience. She is an expert in Company Law and Practice and has served as Company Secretary to several Companies. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law (The Netherlands). Solape has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Covenant University. She is an Alumnus of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance and holds a Certificate in Leadership from the Institute for National Transformation. She is a facilitator and conference speaker who has trained many youths, helping them discover their true personality and capacity.
Fondly called Barrister Solape, she serves on the board of several companies and heads the SAALAW firm (Solape Adesuyi and Associates) in Lagos, Nigeria.
Behavioural Coach & Emotional Intelligence Practitioner
Bimbo Adeleke is a Pure and Applied Chemist turned Behavioural Coach, Transformational Speaker, and Emotional Intelligence practitioner with over six years of experience supporting individuals and organisations through learning, reflection, and behaviour change.
She holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Behavioural Coaching from WINBOX Academy, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), and Executive Leadership from the Institute for National Transformation. Her work is grounded in behavioural coaching, emotional intelligence, and reflective facilitation.
She is a graduate of the Federal University and is currently furthering her professional development in Psychology and Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), reflecting a strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
Her work focuses on mental and emotional wellbeing, personal development, and behaviour change. She facilitates training sessions and reflective conversations that help individuals and teams build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and clarity.
She has delivered trainings and sessions on topics including emotional intelligence, behaviour change, anxiety awareness, self-awareness for parenting, depression awareness, mental health awareness, and mental health at work. Her approach is practical, human-centred, and designed to equip people with tools they can apply in everyday life and work.

Esther Balogun is an educational entrepreneur and ALX-certified administrative professional, with additional credentials from the Women in Digital Business program, the Google Hustle Academy, and the Youth Sustainable Enterprise Challenge. She is also a certified ILO/WIDB Trainer, having completed a rigorous Training of Trainers program with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO) in partnership with Microsoft Philanthropies — equipping her to deliver the global Women in Digital Business curriculum and empower women entrepreneurs in the digital economy.
Passionate about empowering and inspiring others, she is particularly committed to helping young people grow into the best versions of themselves. This commitment extends beyond the classroom: through her work with Succour for Nations and her role at JOB Global Konzept Ltd, she has planned, coordinated, and co-facilitated training programs in digital skills, entrepreneurship, and personal development for youth and adults alike.
With experience spanning multiple sectors, including agriculture and, most notably, education, she has had the privilege of offering impactful services tailored to diverse needs.
She currently leads an educational services business that provides academic support and project guidance for students in higher institutions, while continuing to build on her training in counseling, digital transformation, and business development.
Beyond her professional work, she is a devoted wife and mother who holds strong personal values and a deep love for God.

Enoch is a self-taught filmmaker with a passion for storytelling and creative excellence. He began his journey by learning through YouTube and studying the work of filmmakers who inspired him. What started with personal projects, low-budget advertisements, and a Children’s Day short film exploring the experience of childhood has grown into a career marked by impactful collaborations and meaningful creative work.
Over the years, he has had the privilege of contributing to projects for notable brands and productions, including JuicyWay, Oraimo, Dangote, and the acclaimed film To Kill a Monkey, where he helped document the creative process alongside a team of talented professionals.
Beyond filmmaking, he is the Co-Founder and Business Lead of Still Practice, a creative studio dedicated to producing thoughtful, high-quality work that resonates with audiences and delivers value to clients.
At the heart of his work is a commitment to growth, curiosity, and continuous learning. He believes in giving his best, embracing failure as part of the process, and returning stronger with every experience. Adenike Apeji is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned consultant, accountant, TEDx speaker, youth trainer at Value Academy, and Mentor at the Lagos Business School.
She has gathered experience over the years in Accounting, Customer Relations, and Retail Advisory to both national and multinational businesses. Adenike is an alumnus of the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs, an initiative of the United States Consulate General.
Adenike is the founder of Renee Golden Multi-Ventures, a food and beverage and agricultural value-chain focused business, delivering value through the hygienic processing and packaging of locally made Nigerian products ranging from Kuli kuli (groundnut cookies), tiger-nut drinks, Kuli kuli oil (Emi Kuli), local rice, and honey. She started the business from her living room and has grown to serve over 2,500 customers with 90 distributors across more than 6 cities in Nigeria and international markets. Her business has engaged over 600 peanut farmers through training, access to funds, and access to market. Adenike consistently adds value to the agricultural industry by being a pillar to local farmers and to local and international wholesalers and retailers.
With over six years of experience in the food and beverage sector, she has attended various international B2B meetings. She has trained and empowered over 1,000 women and youths in less than 3 years, equipping them with the skill of making several packaged food products through partnerships with local and international organizations. She has facilitated and organized several empowerment programs and groups such as Women in Business and Accountability in Business mentoring, and has volunteered with standard organizations like Lagos Business School, serving as a technical partner on a World Bank project for women’s development training.

He is also a proud Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.
With over 20 years of transformative impact in the printing industry, Tosin currently leads an elite team at Nukreationz, where innovation in printing solutions is at the forefront. His visionary leadership and professionalism have positioned him as a true industry disruptor, pioneering technologies that redefine standards.
Under his guidance, Nukreationz has forged strategic partnerships, including a collaboration with Yintech Technology Co. Limited, one of China’s leading organizations in Shenzhen. Engr. Seun Oluwalade is a clean energy and electric mobility entrepreneur at the forefront of Nigeria’s transition to sustainable transportation. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Renewable Lifestyle Engineering (RLE) and co-founder of EV World Africa, a company that entered the electric vehicle market in 2023.
The company addresses the entire electric mobility ecosystem — including vehicle sales, charging infrastructure, maintenance, and operator training — and has an expanding footprint across Nigeria and Ghana. He is also the Co-founder and Executive Director of Abba’s Heart Montessori School in Lagos, where he pioneered a rare integration of whole-school renewable energy supply and an electric school bus transition.
With extensive experience in telecommunications and oil and gas, he has worked in project and construction management, strategy, and business planning across Nigeria and internationally. He is married to Bukola, and they are blessed with three sons.
